“Judging is a big responsibility. Because you influence what standards will be considered the norm and which specialist will receive recognition. That is why you cannot make superficial assessments here. It is imperative to see the evidence base for effectiveness, logic, ethics, and quality of work,” she notes.
Yuliia’s position is very similar to that of a new type of specialist, increasingly referred to in the industry as “next-generation experts.” These are people who rely not on advertising, but on knowledge and experience. They never promise the impossible, are as honest as possible with themselves and their patients, know how to explain complex things in simple terms, and always demonstrate respect to people.
