In other projects, she reduced staff turnover to four percent and increased team efficiency to forty-eight percent through the implementation of KPIs and meticulous HR management.
Dana subsequently rose to the rank of Head of HR and held management positions at companies such as AUA ZHAI LLP and Technodom, and also served as a strategic HR partner in consulting and investment construction projects.
