In other projects, she reduced staff turnover to four percent and increased team efficiency to forty-eight percent through the implementation of KPIs and meticulous HR management.

    Dana subsequently rose to the rank of Head of HR and held management positions at companies such as AUA ZHAI LLP and Technodom, and also served as a strategic HR partner in consulting and investment construction projects. In these positions, she managed teams of up to one hundred and fifty employees and participated in the development of solutions and ideas that impacted the financial development of businesses.

    It is worth emphasizing that Dana Ismagulova makes a unique contribution to improving business in the region. In her presentation, she explored the role of HR, calling the industry a driver of economic development and emphasizing the importance of a systematic approach to developing human capital across the region.
